At the end of your 14-day free trial, paid-only tools are locked until you choose a plan. Your existing catering records remain in your account.

Yes! Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly pricing. You can switch to annual billing at any time from your billing settings.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

CaterCamp subscriptions are billed securely through Stripe using supported credit and debit cards. Your own clients can pay hosted invoices through the Stripe or PayPal account you connect.

Will changing plans delete my data?

No. Changing plans does not delete your clients, events, menus, documents, or operational history. If a feature is not included in your new plan, its tools are locked until you upgrade again.
