Account, Team & Settings

Manage your organization details, preferences, dropdowns, email templates, team members, and billing.

Most configuration lives under Settings, organized into tabs. Here's what each one does.

Profile

Your personal account details — name and email.

Organization

Your business name and logo. The logo appears on proposals, invoices, and your public inquiry form.

Preferences

Choose how dates and times display, and set the email identity (sender name and reply-to address) used on client-facing notifications.

Dropdowns

Customize the dropdown options used across the app — event types, lead sources, equipment categories, and more — so they match how your business works.

Lead Capture

Build and customize your public inquiry form, and grab the link and embed code. See Capturing leads.

Integrations

Connect Stripe and PayPal to collect payments. See Invoices & payments.

Email Templates

Review and edit the automated emails CaterCamp sends on your behalf (for example, when you send a proposal or invoice).

Team Members

Invite teammates and manage who has access to your organization. Available seats depend on your plan.

Billing & plans

Manage your subscription under Billing. Upgrading raises limits (clients, events, menus, users), unlocks features like BEOs and staff/equipment tracking, and removes the "Powered by CaterCamp" badge from your public inquiry form.
